Robert A. Kenney has been licensed as a master tradesman for over 40 years. He worked with various engineering firms on heat transfer and mechanical systems, energy and environmental assessments, corrections and retrofits. Mr. Kenney has experience working in high-rise buildings, sewage treatment plants, water works plants, arenas, hospitals, pump stations, municipal pools and fountains. He was a member of the R&D team that developed the evaporative casting process and he also developed the water cooling process for the Ford Motor Company's Essex Aluminum Plant in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Alexander Menzies is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Society of Management Accountants and a Licensed Accountant specializing in capital budgeting, cost-benefit analysis and procurement of capital funding and government grants.


Dr. Kala Majeti, Ph.D., has a background in Electrical and Computer Engineering with over 20 years of industry experience in the field of Telecommunications where she has worked in Senior Management positions at General Motors, AT&T and Lucent Technologies. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Systems Engineering and was awarded two patents for the design of a new micro strain sensor. A third patent is pending.


Emmanuel received his bachelor of engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnical de Montreal in 2002.He has taken various Energy Modeling and Analysis Software workshops including the Canadian Geo Exchange and Energy Audit Seminars. Emmanuel is a member of Associates of Energy Engineers. During Emmanuel's 5 years at Stantec Consulting he became proficient in design, construction, administration and energy modeling in many of the leading geothermal projects in BC. In 2006 Emmanuel was awarded Stantec's S3 Award for his dedication and exceptional leadership in sustainability. With Emmanuel's engineering background with his energy audit experience are further enhanced with his building automation systems on site training.

Bert Gregersen

Bert has 30 years experience in the electrical trade. He was a site supervisor for 23 years on a wide variety of projects including Baxter's IV Manufacturing plant, Burnaby; Cascade Aerospace maintenance hangar, Abbotsford airport; Numerous high rise condos in Vancouver and area; Rogers Flour Mill, Chilliwack. Bert then started his own Electrical Contracting Firm "B. E. Gregersen Electrical Services". Bert has worked extensively on solar projects wiring of numerous custom residential homes such as a remote solar powered mountain top home via a 700 meter underground distribution system. He has also worked with RA Kenney Technologies on a major electrical efficiency upgrade to Orchard Valley Retirement Residences in Vernon, BC realizing a $10,101 rebate (BC Hydro Product Incentive Program) and an estimated annual energy savings of $37,565. Bert has continued to work the Caneco Energy providing consultation and expertise for recent energy audits of large buildings in the Windsor area.


Kevin Kenney received his Master Plumbers License in 1985. He has specialized in high rise multiple unit condominiums and apartments; Municipal buildings; Police and prison institutions. Kevin possess' Ontarion Gas Fitter's License, Ontario Water Works Cerificate in Cross Connection Control and holds acreditation with TSSA. Kevin's experience over the years has allowed him to keep up to date on the latest energy savings equiment on the market and has the experience of where the best fit for various equipment.


Martin Uruski received his Master Plumber's License in 1970 and holds the highest Gas Fitter's License. He also holds Master Steamfitters and Heating Licenses. Marty served as a "Leader" in Chrysler Corporation for over 20 years. He has special training and invaluable experience in high pressure steam which was used for environmental and process equipment. He was also routinely involved with the compressed air components in these major industrial facilities. Most recently Marty has been trained on the latest in Gas Analyzer Equipment so he can accurately measure the efficiency of gas fired equipment.
